    • Thank You Bob, we all needed to hear that now...
  • Hello Circle,
I've been quiet only because we have been busy.
Not because I have lost the vision of "TCC"
The cause is just and a "Spiritual" battle "against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil"
Keep up the good work and don't tire of doing GOOD.

    Tim Keller Wisdom

"When you encounter the living God of the Bible through his Word and his Spirit, every excuse, demand, and complaint dies in your heart.
    He is God.
He loves you. If your view of God is too small, pray for him to enlarge it."

  • Hello Members,

I would like to add Lanyon (Tony) to our Prayer Chain... He has been through a lot lately, including the loss of his wife... He recently fell and broke his wrist. When it rains it pours.

During this time of chaos and COVID, I am certain that many members are in need of prayer.

Please Pray that Tony heals quickly and that any members who are ill or who have family that are in need of prayer be well soon.

    Prayer warriors, please get busy!!

  • Bob, I am so very sorry to hear about this. I will pray for a speedy recovery...I ask Gods healing angels to wrap you in their wings of comfort and ease your emotional and physical pain...May God Bless you and your family...

    Love and Hugs, Suzie

  • Hello friends,

      A prayer request

I call you friends, I am reminded of Jesus' words, John 15:15 "I have called you friends"

Toward  the end of last month I had a physical neurological exacerbation that triggered emotional nose dive. If this follows previous exacerbations it will be a slow steady recovery. I have a medical team that are following previous protocols.

    Keep us in prayer

    Blessings all.

    Yours in Faith,

    Happy New Year!

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you." Psalm 32:8

The prospect of a new year could be both disquieting and exciting. When we reflect on the future, it is a rather common mistake to allow the events of the past to cloud our vision. International crises, financial setbacks, droughts, floods, as well as personal problems and disappointments tend to dictate our pattern of thought when we ponder the possible consequences for us.

Today, more so than ever before, the moment has come to place your unwavering trust in the omniscience of God. He truly cares about you and He loves you profoundly: But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ (Eph. 2:4). Everyone has a need for love: true, profound, and sincere love. mankind lost this love due to the Fall.

Therefore, you will have to rediscover, without delay, the fact that in this loveless world there is still Somebody who has a special interest in you: a God in heaven who is Love and who loves you tenderly.

Believe in the promises of Jesus and approach the new year in the presence of the living Christ. He will guide you through the labyrinth of life because He knows what is best for you. Your duty lies in obeying Him. Then your anxiety will be replaced with self-awareness born of the love of God!

  • Prayers for the tornado victims

[From somewhere in the Texas panhandle while traveling for Christmas]

Tragedy at any time is heart wrenching!

But tragedy near a holiday like Christmas is, even more, ghastly.

There is no understanding in us, our words seem hollow and comfort evades the emotions.

Let Godly compassion drive us to prayer!

God, Our God. Make our prayers effective, powerful prayers, changing the circumstances in the lives of individuals.

Touch lives and hearts of all those suffering loss, pain and grief through these storms.

“Sometimes the Lord rides out the storm with us and other times He calms the restless sea around us. Most of all, He calms the storm inside us in our deepest inner soul.”

Lloyd John Ogilvie; Pastor, U.S. Senate Chaplain
