Thoughts from the grey men. Reprise

This is originally from February to April 2010, little did I know the prophecy of it myself at the time, Today Major Democrat’s are calling once again for “reeducation camps” for their political opponents.

As we moved from one Platform to another, I maintained copies of my writings in case they got deleted, Suzi can give the details of all the moves, mergers and changes we went through over the years if you are interested. I am thankful for her providing the opportunity to write and get information, education, political alerts and yes even humor over the years.

As in ‘1984’ words have power, and to control the words means to control the thoughts. Communist became a bad word for a politician, so they called themselves Socialists instead. Then when that became found out the started calling themselves ‘Progressives’ as if any opposition to their desires was a ‘regressive attitude”. Now they have moved on to ‘Social Democrats’, what does the mean? It is a contradiction of terms if you look up the meaning of socialist and democracy you will see that they are opposing terms. What they mean is Communist.

Campaign organizer's for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders warned about mass violence and advocated for the use of gulags for “re-education", Kyle Jurek, an Iowa field organizer for the Sanders campaign, said the country will have to "spend billions" on re-education for people that are "Nazified."

Jurek said the candidate's "free education" policies will "teach you how not to be a f*cking Nazi." He touted post-war Germany spending money to "re-educate" people not to be a "f*cking Nazi." Jurek also said that people should "expect violent reaction" for speech, and warned that "Milwaukee will burn" if Sanders does not get the nomination.

Weissgerber (another Burnie Bro) said, “I’m already on Twitter, following numerous groups around the country that are ready to organize yellow-vest protests. I mean, I’m ready. I’m ready to start tearing bricks up and start fighting. I’m no cap bro, I’ll straight up get armed. I want to learn how to shoot and go train. I’m ready for the revolution, bro.”“I’m telling you. Guillotine the rich.”

With that said, let us get to the story.

Thoughts from the grey men

By David Silvas on February 22, 2010

I woke this morning and looked at the grey cold sky, I felt the chill in the air and knew it was going to snow. The state had said I have to plant two acres of potatoes this week and it is going to snow. I put my worn slippers on my feet and looked at my gray jumpsuit, it was wrinkled from sleeping in it but that was the only warmth I had. I knew the Chief would penalize me half my day’s rations for looking sloppy but I do not care right now.

I drank the last of my cold soup left from diner last night and took a sip of water from my rations. I walked out side, no need to lock the door the guards would only open it by breaking it in. They would be suspicious of a locked door.

My bicycle had a flat tire so I had to hurry to be on time for role call, the chief would not be happy if I was late again

It is not too bad at the FEMA work camp. We have our work to fill the time and a portion of the food we raise we get to keep. I wished we would have more wood for a fire some nights, at least enough for warm meal….

Is this where we are headed? A new 1984, with government controls and rationing on everything? What are WE as individuals doing to prevent this? Are we part of the 101st keyboardist? Or are we actually doing something to improve our society?

Talk of federal elections is fine and we do need to keep a careful watch on them, but what about the local government? City, County, or State? Mayors and county council members become Governors. State legislators become federal, County registrar becomes Secretary of State. Are we vetting these positions?

What are we doing to protect the future? How are we educating our kids? In my county the School board is causing trouble for the schools. We need a recall election of the school board or the children stand to lose out on several grants and federal educational loan programs. This will affect the county on jobs and education for generations. No education and the businesses will go elsewhere for building and expansion.

We can make a difference in the lives of young men and women; but we must get involved in their lives. We must put down the remote and read to a child. Spend time telling them they have a future, and help them develop themselves in to better citizens.

What about our communities? Do you have a neighborhood watch program? What about the elderly in the community, could they die and not be noticed for days? Do you have a Firearms safety training program, or a disaster recovery program for your area?

If you want a change, be the change you want in your neighborhood. United we stand, divided we become the grey men…

Snow again today. I have my seed potatoes ready to cut, I am supposed to get four seeds each, if I can cut six I might have some to save. I don’t know if I should save them for soup or the still? I guess I will have to see what I can save out. We start planting in two weeks, if the snow stops. I am glad I learned to farm before the “Disaster”. My crops are a little better than others, they do not understand Share cropping, the better they do the more they get to keep, as little as that is. Some to save, some to bribe, some to barter. I traded my ration of eggs last week for a new tire for my bike.

Learn what you can while you can. As in “Fahrenheit 451” or “1984” Books and knowledge go first. Education is the enemy of the state. For the truth will set you free and freedom causes apostasy in the Socialist Government. No one can be self reliant if the means of learning are taken away. A man should be able to do many things, if someone would teach them.

If all you have is a rope and an ax, what is the fastest way to move a tree 4 ft in diameter 50 ft long? How do you do the rigging? Planting root vegetables is different than corn or wheat. Mulching sand or rocky soil, top soil or bottom land, how different is it really?

A good spring project is to start a new garden with your children or Grand children. It does not need to be large a few plants, a few flowers, but get the kids involved. Every year try a new crop, something you never planted before, just to see how it does. Kids that hate vegetables will be eager to eat the ones they grew. Sometimes you will learn new recipes for the food you grow. Fresh air and time with the kids, what could be better?

Thoughts from the gray men. Part 3

By David Silvas on March 8, 2010

Tonight there is a political party, I am not invited, and it is for the younger people that the state can “Rehabilitate”. I am no longer even considered as a possibility. I cannot find it in me to believe what they want me to. “The State gives and the state takes away; blessed be the name of the state.” My mind is so bent by my youth and knowledge that they all wish I would die and go away. One benefit though is I get a hut to myself, no roommates to corrupt with my ideas. I am just the foolish old man now. I will continue to grow old in this relocation camp and probably die here.

I remember the days before the disaster. The sunshine and children’s laughter in the streets. Green trees and parks with swings and families, Good food everywhere, a cold beer in the evening. Sitting and watching the sunset. No worries.

Now I am considered an enemy of the state, an Ideologue with dangerous ideas of freedom and responsibilities. Keeping for myself what I make and earn, depending on my labor and not the STATE. The evil of greed that suffuses my soul is my crime against the state. I sometimes think that having a soul is a crime against the state…

Stand up for our freedoms now, teach your children the true meaning of liberty. Teach them responsibility and not dependency. The evil we face wants to destroy the spark of humanity that is deep within us all and make us the same as all animals. No difference between a dog and your child. Unless it is to say your child is worth less than the dog. You can kill your unborn child with no punishment, but kill a “Protected species” like an unborn eagle and you will go to jail for years.

Our children are our future. Train them in the way that they are to go; and they will not depart from it when they are old.

Thoughts from the grey men part 4

By David Silvas on March 15, 2010

I went to sleep early last night and I awoke before dawn. I saw the talking lights in the hills and I saw that someone in camp was sending back. I did not read the message but the resistance is in the hills and they are talking to someone in camp. Dangerous knowledge. But today all knowledge is dangerous. I could see the side of the light in the bungalow that sent back so I know the building he is in. should I say something they can overhear or should I just let them get caught? I think I will get up early again and see if they talk tonight. Knowledge is also power and that is why it is dangerous.

Tapping on walls in a prison to let others know you are alive and not alone goes back for centuries. Morse code as we know it today has been used for prisoners in camps to talk for decades. Tapping on water pipes, walls, or doors transmitted sound down the corridors to send messages of hope and solidarity to other prisoners. Light has been used across the desert, from mountain top to mountain top, along coast lines to warn of danger for centuries.

Read the stories of the men held as POW’s in wars, the War Between the States to modern combat. Hanoi Hilton, Dachau, (not a POW camp but a prison); the Gulags of Soviet Russia, the Internment camps of America and the Americans of Japanese ancestry. How well could we survive today?

Thoughts from the gray men part 5

By David Silvas on March 22, 2010

A week has gone by and I have seen no more lights but I did make a comment in hut 5 about seeing a flashing light in camp one night. Nothing more was said but Tom gave me a strange look. I got my seed potatoes all cut and I saved a few pounds for the still. I have worked out a deal with one of the guards; a pound of chocolate for a quart of whisky. It will be ready tomorrow.

Someone with a camera (I do not know how they got that or how they will get the pictures printed) is going to take pictures of the trade for later use. I am getting something very useful as payment for setting the guard up. I already have a pound of coffee, half a pound of tobacco, and a new jump suit. I am trying to make a brown dye for my new suit. I do not know if I should make the suit all Brown for the city, (I have no papers yet.) or a Camo pattern for the woods. I still have time to decide.

Is it 1984 yet or are we headed to the “Brave new world” that the ProRegressives want for us. From us according to our ability; to them according to their desires. A slave world is what they want with them on top, the rest of us they do not care; as long as we produce their luxury items.

I find it amazing that the Hollyweird crowd will talk about the Greed of those who produce real products and take their millions for making an illusion. No tangible product. Just art for art’s sake? Not even good art at that but a mediocre reproduction of past great art.

Why do we waste our money on them? Let us teach them a lesson in capitalism and quit paying ticket prices for the privilege of wasting our time.

Ephesians 5

11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. 14 Wherefore he saith , Awake thou that sleepest , and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light . 15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, 16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Thoughts from the grey men part 6

By David Silvas on March 29, 2010

I hit my ankle with a hammer and busted it up some. It sure hurt but I got in the camp hospital for a few days, now I am working as an orderly until I get better. I got some ammonia, iodine and sulfide. I hope to pick up a few tools while I am here. One of the doctors gave me a book on herbal medicine to read. It might not be state of the art but it could save a life some day. Tannin in tea leaves will stop bleeding and bring down swelling, and it seems that a little charcoal in your food will cut down on dysentery. Mint and peppermint help with gum swelling; this could be useful someday….

How often do we see movies where the bad guy inflicts an injury on themselves to show that they are a victim also, or fakes a death the “Count of Monte Cristo” to the “Art of War” with Snipes in it; enough to know that it really does work sometimes. It is used regularly in prisons to get access to supplies or equipment. Common through literature and history. It takes a strength to self inflect a wound that few really have.

What strength do we have, what sacrifice will we make; if we have never been tested to our limits we never know. The mountain climber who cut off his own arm to save his life or the Doctor who performed an appendectomy on himself. These know the limits that they can be pushed to and survive. Many have never been tested some are tested all the time, some put themselves in a position where they are forced to be tested daily.

Do you know your limits, abilities, knowledge? Take careful inventory of yourself, be honest. Find out what you know and decide what you need to learn; then learn it.

Thoughts from the grey men part 7

By David Silvas on April 5, 2010

The picture of the guard drinking and giving me the chocolate is very useful after all. I don’t know how they did it, but it was very clear. I got some dark clothes dyes, a nine mm bullet and some mercury switches from him. He promised me a wire cutter and a mouse trap. He thinks I am trying to escape but he’s not sure how I plan to do it, or why I want the odd things I demand from him. I do not know if he will be glad to see me go or if he has turned me in? Jake from barracks six has taken a close interest in me, but whose side is he on? With what I stole from the hospital and the switches I made three sticks of TNT it’s an old formula but it works….

The “Patriot Act” allows FEMA to set up emergency relocation camps. The “Health Care Reform Act” gives the IRS the power of the Nazi Gestapo; it also creates a “Commissioned Corps” equal to the SS and accountable to the president alone. The Law (Public Law 111-148, as signed by Obama) allows the president to appoint to the “Reserve Corps” without Senate approval,(usually the reserves are larger than the active force), then on approval of the Healthcare bill the reserves all become active forces.

This is the same maneuver that Hitler used to create the “Brown Shirts” for the “Public Safety”, To “Protect the People from the evil Jews.” Who are the New American Jews? The rich? Business men? Conservatives? Maybe you. Demand the repeal of Public law 111-148, also Known as the Health care reform.

Who knows who they will come for tomorrow…

Thoughts from the grey men part 8

By David Silvas on April 12, 2010

Tom is working with the resistance; Jake is a stoolie for the guards. I gave my dyes to Tom. There will be an attack on the camp next new moon on the south side. I will create a diversion on the north side. Jake thinks I will set my hut on fire and go out under the Guards Barracks number three. I am being watched too closely to escape myself so I laid false plans with Jake, he is watching to see who else is going with me. Guard shack two will be on duty. Three will be sleeping and One will be just off of duty. I slipped a Gas Bomb under One’s barracks, I need a timer for it; under Three I will use the TNT for the signal.

Friends enemies, spies and traitors, can’t tell the players without a scorecard. And what is the scorecard we use? How do we know who is really on our side or playing a game; who votes for political reasons with permission of the party leaders, and who uses a title for personal gain? How do we know conservatives from RINO’s ? Many claim to be Christian but do not do the will of God or believe that Jesus is the true son of God. Cradle Christians who have no faith just a family religious practice. We have the same problem with politics. They claim to be fiscal conservatives but spend like drunken sailors with the Mess fund in their pocket.

John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

As it has been said sunshine is a good disinfectant. Let us demand an open political process. And an open honest congress.

“Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.” Sun-tzu.

“Trust, but verify.” Ronald Reagan

Check the record. Look at their scorecard to see how their past record is. Most politicians play up on the short attention span of the average voter, about ten minutes. We need to keep the people’s attention on the problems we face as a nation, and not let them forget.

Thoughts from the grey men part 9

By David Silvas on April 19, 2010

I did not get a timer. I have to use the mousetrap and the nine to set it off; I wanted to use it for the TNT, but I can use a hammer on that. Jake went ahead to barracks three, to wake the guards so they can catch us as we climb out from under the building. At least they want to wait for all of us to get under there first. My trap will work, the others can escape and I will die a free man….

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

A continuing discussion that is on going is; what are we willing to sacrifice. What are we willing to give up to keep our freedoms? What price will we pay for true liberty?

Here are the lyrics to a song that I find to be interesting in today’s world.

Well Fed Slave/Hungry Free Man

What is the point in being free

When you can' t get no job

What is the point in being free

When you can' t get food

What is the point in going out to work

When others can get for free

What is the point in being free

When you don' t have no home

Now you' ve heard it all

It is time to make up

Your own mind

To be or not to be

Oh ho ho ho

Chorus:

Do you wanna be

A well fed slave or a hungry free man

To my mind this proves that no man can free another, a slave must free himself. Booker T. Washington wrote about a slave that saved up the money to pay for his freedom after the Civil War; he did not feel free until he did something to make himself free. We all sometimes have a problem with accepting gifts that we feel that we should earn. Many Christians feel that they must earn their salvation; pay a price for their sins; though nothing we do can make us righteous only the freely given blood of Christ. It is the gift from God, not works lest any man should boast.

To be, or not to be: that is the question:

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer

The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,

Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,

And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep;

No more; and by a sleep to say we end

The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks

That flesh is heir to,

William Shakespeare – Hamlet

I know my choice; with Patrick Henry I will proclaim "Give me Liberty, or give me Death!" I will die as free man, I will live as a free man; hungry or well fed, my security is not the price of my freedom. Yet I live with the knowledge that the choices that I make, makes the consequences that that I must live with.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin

The only time in American history that we had Relocation Camps was from a Democrat President. He interred American citizens without due process of law for “Their protection”. After all it was a “National Emergency”, Lives and Security was at stake.

At what point is it appropriate to give up our essential liberty for how much safety?

God Bless.

  • In some ways it is conspiracy theory as I can only go by what the Dems said. I tend to believe people who say they want to hurt me.

In some ways it is a fictional story as it has not happened YET! Many fictional stories have truth in them.
I can only point the way, I can't make anyone follow truth.

As the Bible says "he who has ears, let him hear"

There is a saying Live and learn, the corollary is you die in ignorance.

I had one guy on Quora say I was never in the military because he disagreed with what I said, so I quoted Army Regulations and Field manuals to prove my point and he blocked me. I guess Wikipedia is a more reliable source to him.

    You can't stop willful ignorance.

  • David Silvas Thank you so much for reposting this foretelling story.

Some will read this and it will take them to their knees in prayer, some will read this and say it is a conspiracy theory/science fiction. Some will learn, some will not. I have always said "An effort is worth it if you touch one person" and I am that one person, and I am sure there are many more...

We, as conservatives know the truth, as disgusting and disgraceful as it is.
