The Way I See It:
When I see and hear our AG stating that no evidence election has been uncovered that overturn the results. I am troubled at the cavalier tone in his voice. AG Barr hasn't even seen all the evidentiary avidavits. It gives me pause when AG Barr doesn't appear to see the point. The point is not to overturn results of our national election as much as it is to expose the fraudulent way it was tabulated. One, if not the most important mainstays that our Republic even exists, is the ability to have a fair and free election. The acceptance of blatant fraud by members of any either legislative branch, any judiciary and what used to be deemed the fourth estate (press), spells detriment for the very reason this republic was established. We the People need to heed the warning from the Federalist Papers.
That's the way I see it...
J. Francis Roth
Excerpt from Federalist Papers No. 78, likely written by Alexander Hamilton:
“Though individual oppression may now and then proceed from the courts of justice, the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter; I mean so long as the judiciary remains truly distinct from both the legislature and the Executive. For I agree, that ‘there is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers.’ And it proves, in the last place, that as liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have everything to fear from its union with either of the other departments.”
