A statement proposed to me for comment: "You Can't Eat Freedom." I replied with a simple thought: "It is true one cannot eat Freedom, but freedom and liberty nourish the soul, the heart and the spirit of mankind." After an entire sleepless night, I sat at my desk thinking there was so much more to say, so burning the midnight oil brought these additional thoughts to my mind. Allow me to share them with you.
9/11 Never Let It Be Forgotten...
These are my words, hear me...
This statement was posed to me a couple of days ago: “You can't eat freedom.” I
thought for a few minutes and I wrote back: “This is true, but it's freedom and liberty
that nourishes the spirit, the heart and the soul of mankind. “ I was awake most of the
night pondering what I had replied, but there was so much more to be said, in that
regard, here I sit burning midnight oil. This is what came to my mind.
Because it is true that one cannot eat freedom or liberty for that matter, it is food that
sustains the body.
But what becomes of the body sustained by only food. It becomes a mere existence not
Freedom and Liberty are gifts from All Mighty God, they are meant to nourish the
soul, spirit and heart.
Yet freedom and liberty can be lost and even taken away. This is why our Founding
Fathers saw fit to deem them “unalienable” rights, thereby placing them under the
protection of America's Constitution.
The struggle comes from the quest to regain, hold or attain freedom and liberty.
It is this struggle that stirs fire and determination in the very soul of everyone who
desires and cherishes their freedom and liberty. It is the quest for freedom and liberty
that puts the steel in the spines, and in the words and in the actions of all who would
fight to keep them. Spines of steel is the steadfastness of determination, the indomitable
will to not simply survive, but to prosper.
Steel in one's words are truth, honesty and unbroken bond.
Ceding our freedom and liberty, humans become two dimensional, void of spirit.
Slaves to the elites, by their own hand.
There is no truth from our government, there is no steel in their words, actions or deeds.
The struggle for our freedom is at hand, our steel needs to stand resolute against
Food will fill the stomach, but it is Liberty and Freedom that nourishes the hearts,
souls and spirits of mankind. Both Liberty and Freedom must be preserved.
These are my words, hear me.
