Chromosomes XX and XY, Never The Twain Will Meet

The Way I See It:
Some bona fide physical biologist really needs to step up and tell these youngsters and their parents, that unless you can successfully change your biological chromosome from XY too XX, you can't physically transform from male to female. This is basic biology and any medical doctor, researcher, psychologist, psychiatrist, and 7th biological science student are well aware of this biological fact. If you have to hide a penis and testicle male package, you are not female. These are the scientific facts. Self-Identification has no basis in scientific fact.
That's the way I see it, because that is simply factual truth...
